Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at drycreekdispensary.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. Processing on all orders will occur within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All shipments will be through USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. USPS Standard 1-3 business days, USPS Priority Mail 1-3  business days, and USPS Priority Mail Express overnight. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Drycreekdispensary.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Drycreekdispensary.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Drycreekdispensary.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
